Job Description:

We are seeking a personable and efficient Front Desk/Telesales Officer to manage reception duties, communication channels, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our esteemed clients and assist in promoting our services through effective telesales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Provide information about the companys products and services to clients and guests.
• Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and set up meetings.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area, reflecting the companys professional image.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Currently serving NYSC Corps Member in Lagos.
• Bachelors Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in customer service or telesales is an advantage.
