Job Title: Manager to Gospel Convener

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated, spiritually grounded, and highly organized individual to serve as a Manager to a Gospel Convener. This role supports the vision, mission, and ministry activities of the convener by managing schedules, coordinating events, handling communication, and ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of the ministry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:
• Manage and organize the conveners calendar, appointments, and ministry engagements.
• Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the convener with discernment and confidentiality.
• Prepare reports, presentation materials, and meeting notes as needed.
• Event Coordination:
• Plan, organize, and oversee logistics for gospel meetings, conferences, and outreach events.
• Liaise with event organizers, venues, vendors, and volunteers.
• Ensure smooth execution of all events in line with the spiritual goals of the convener.
• Travel and Itinerary Planning:
• Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and transportation for ministry engagements.
• Ensure seamless coordination with hosts and event partners.
• Communication and Public Relations:
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with ministry partners, churches, and stakeholders.
• Assist in managing social media presence and content in alignment with the conveners message.
• Draft and disseminate press releases, newsletters, and updates.
• Project Management:
• Oversee ongoing ministry projects, outreach campaigns, and strategic plans.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and resource needs.
• Spiritual Alignment:
• Act as a spiritual partner in ministry by maintaining integrity, discretion, and a Christ-centered perspective.
• Provide intercessory support and ensure that all engagements are aligned with the gospel mission.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in administrative, managerial, or coordination roles (min. 3 years preferred).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Must know how to drive with a lincense
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic design tools.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Deep personal faith and commitment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Previous experience working with Christian ministries or gospel leaders is an advantage.
