Job Summary:

As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning visual content that showcases our brand, products, and services. You will work closely with our marketing, communications, and product teams to develop engaging graphics, user interfaces, illustrations, animations, and motion graphics that capture our audiences attention.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics, including logos, icons, infographics, and social media assets

• Create motion graphics, animations, and videos that explain complex cryptocurrency concepts in an engaging way

• Develop and maintain our brands visual identity and style guide

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives

• Design and animate UI/UX elements for our website and applications

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in graphic and motion design

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic and motion design

• 1+ years of experience in user interface design

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)

• Understanding of Figma, LottieFiles or other adjacent micro animations.

• Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Experience with cryptocurrency or Fintech industry is a plus

Nice to Haves;

• Experience with 3D modelling and animation

• Knowledge of front-end development and UI/UX design principles

• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies

• Certification in graphic and motion design (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert)
