Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary :100k +2.5% Commissions on Sales.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our retail sales by acquiring new clients,building relationships with stakeholders and winning back churned customers and managing our distribution warehouse.This role requires someone with exceptional sales techniques, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver on targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and close sales independently to meet and exceed set targets.

• Maintain and update a daily list of at least 10 unique prospects and submit timely reports.

• Conduct route mapping and cold calls to engage potential customers.

• Act as a brand ambassador and the primary point of contact for customers.

• Address customer feedback professionally and ensure a strong relationship is maintained with clients and team members.

• Submit accurate and detailed weekly sales reports to track progress and performance.

• Collaborate with team members during weekly meetings and contribute to shared goals.

• Participate in ongoing sales training programs to enhance skills and maintain professionalism.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Minimum of HND In Social Science,Marketing, Sales, or other related fields.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Freight Forwarding,Customer Service and sales, with sound knowledge of the retail market and competitors.

• Proven understanding of communication networks and modern sales techniques.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
