Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Abuja. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts payables and receivables, performing audits, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making. Additional duties include developing financial reports, monitoring budgets, and assisting in the preparation of tax returns.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Financial Accounting, Auditing, and Tax Regulations
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Analysis
• Experience with Accounting Software and Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification such as ACCA or CPA is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting roles
