Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support the operational and administrative needs of the company. Will be responsible for managing office operations, supporting interdepartmental communications, and ensuring efficient administrative systems are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Draft, proofread, and format business letters, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and administrative records (both digital and physical).
- Provide direct support to management for scheduling, travel planning, calendar coordination, and logistics.
Office Management
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office by managing supplies, coordinating repairs, and liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment.
- Monitor office equipment and ensure timely servicing or replacement where necessary.
Procurement & Inventory
- Monitor and maintain stock of office supplies and place orders to avoid shortages or interruptions.
- Assist in preparing purchase requisitions and ensure timely follow-up on delivery schedules.
Customer/Client Interface
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries and redirect complex requests to appropriate personnel.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree, HND or OND in any related field.
- 1 -2 years of proven experience in an administrative, office coordination, or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general tech savviness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.

- Proximity to work location.
Working Schedule:
- Monday - Saturday: 9am-5pm
