Location: Ketu | Oyingbo | Ibeju-Lekki | Igando | Mile 12

Remuneration: ₦100,000 Net Monthly

About the Role

Sytiamo Technology is hiring dynamic and reliable Agent Field Officers to join our growing financial operations team. This role is crucial to our mission of delivering inclusive micro-loan services across key locations in Lagos.

The successful candidates will be responsible for loan issuance, repayment recovery, and customer relationship management within their assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage clients within assigned location
  • Conduct background checks and KYC verification of prospective clients
  • Issue loans to qualified applicants and explain repayment terms
  • Monitor repayments and ensure timely loan recovery
  • Handle field visits, payment follow-ups, and escalations
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the Head of Operations
  • Foster trust and maintain strong community/client relationships
  • Represent the company professionally within the assigned region

Requirements

  • Must reside in or near one of the listed locations: Ketu, Oyingbo, Ibeju-Lekki, Igando, or Mile 12
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in loan disbursement and recovery (Microfinance or fintech experience preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the local environment and terrain
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must have verifiable guarantors
  • Basic computer and reporting skills
  • Integrity, reliability, and strong sense of accountability
