Key Responsibilities - Base Oil Sales

  • Generate and convert sales leads into long-term customers.
  • Identify potential clients and market segments.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
  • Conduct regular visits to key clients and distributors.
  • Coordinate with depot for timely order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor inventory and recommend restocking.
  • Ensure depot compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Track sales performance, market trends, and competitors.
  • Provide reports on customer feedback and market insights.
  • Analyze data to forecast demand and spot opportunities.
  • Conduct market surveys on competitors products and brands.
  • Manage key base oil accounts effectively.
  • Follow up on leads and new sales opportunities.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-up, and account reconciliation.
  • Drive sales growth through acquisition of new clients.
  • Oversee accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Report counterfeit/adulterated product activity.
  • Ensure compliance with internal sales systems and policies.
  • Recommend and monitor customer credit terms.
  • Prepare and update demand forecasts.
