Taxaide Professional Services Ltd is a professional that offers comprehensive tax management and advisory services, as well as accounting services, serving over 15,000 corporate and individual clients annually. Since inception, the firm has consistently taken on the responsibility of managing the tax and fiscal affairs of an average of over 15,000 corporate and individual clients in Nigeria annually.

The Associate or Senior Associate, Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective and existing clients, and also drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and proven track record in sales or business development. Experience within the professional service or consulting space is highly. Successful candidate should possess both analytical and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships, explore new markets opportunities, and align strategies with the companies growth.

Job Description:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with client management team to align strategies and deliver value to clients.
  • Collaborate with the client management team to prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential businesses.
  • Work with the client management team to negotiate contract, and close agreements towards revenue generation.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows towards promoting the firms brand outside.
  • Work closely with the finance team in the achievement of the yearly set revenue target for the various desks.

Job Requirement:

  • A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other discipline. MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Business Development Associate within the professional services or consulting space.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales target and driving growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in professional services/consulting space is highly needed.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Entrprenural mindset with ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel).
