Business Analyst

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and defining business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions. The role involves conducting research and data analysis to support decision-making, preparing detailed reports, and providing recommendations for improvement. The Business Analyst will also engage in regular communication with various teams to ensure project alignment and effectiveness. Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Business Analysis
• Ability to understand and improve Business Processes
• Experience in gathering and defining Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is a plus
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
