JOB SUMMARY

As a Business Analyst at Dula Agro, youll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, using data-driven insights to improve operations, optimize processes, and drive business growth. Working closely with one of the founders and the project manager, youll analyze market trends, financial performance, and internal workflows to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and impact.

Your insights will help shape the companys direction, ensuring that decisions are backed by data, industry research, and operational realities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze agriculture and dairy market trends, consumer demand, and competitor activities to provide insights that support business growth.

• Analyze large datasets using tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to uncover insights and trends.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure smooth execution.

• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.

• Evaluate supply chain efficiency, production processes, and financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and operational improvement.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to help optimize inventory management, sales forecasting, and distribution strategies.

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track key business metrics.

• Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure sustainable growth and profitability in the agriculture and dairy sector.

• Collaborate with farm operations, production, sales, and finance teams to gather business requirements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, supply chain efficiency, and market performance, recommending strategies for improvement.

• Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

• Assist in solution design, testing, and implementation of new systems, tools, or processes.

• Ensure project deliverables are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Requirements

WHAT TO HAVE

• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• 4-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or strategy consulting, preferably in agriculture, FMCG, or manufacturing.

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for agricultural businesses.

• Solid background in the agriculture sector

• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other data tools.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
