Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

* Assist in the creation and management of comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.

* Participate in the design and rollout of new systems, tools, and business processes.

* Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions that drive efficiency.

* Prepare detailed reports, process flow diagrams, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.

* Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

* A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

* 0-3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

* Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies is an advantage.

Skills

* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦286,000.00 per month
