Remuneration: 100,000 - 150,000 monthly

Role Overview:

As a Business Developer, you will be key in driving our business growth through strategic sales, partnerships, and market expansion. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that increase revenue, build relationships, and expand our footprint in the fintech sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the fintech and cryptocurrency industries.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to expand market presence.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
• Negotiate and close deals with potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Track and report on key business development metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Experience in business development, preferably in fintech or cryptocurrency.
• Strong understanding of business development tools and strategies.
• Experience working in remote roles with a self-driven work ethic.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships.
• NYSC completion.
Must have access to a stable internet connection, reliable power supply, and necessary tools to work remotely (laptop, workspace, etc.).
