Job Description/Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong negotiation skills. KPI Monthly Targets ‎1. New Business Leads: Generate 10-15 new leads per month, focusing on clients in the ICT space ‎ ‎2. Closed Deals: Close a minimum of 5 new deals per month, with a focus on securing retainer clients. ‎ ‎3. Conversion Rate: Achieve a client conversion rate of 30-40% (i.e. 3-4 closed deals out of 10-15 leads). ‎ ‎Quarterly Targets ‎1. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through new business acquisitions, aiming for a minimum increase of 20% quarter-over-quarter. ‎ ‎2. Retainer Clients: Secure a minimum of 2-3 retainer clients per quarter, with a focus on long-term partnerships. ‎ ‎Performance Metrics ‎1. Lead Quality: Ensure that all leads generated meet the agencys quality standards, with a focus on clients with a high potential for conversion. ‎ ‎2. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, with a minimum of 20-25 active leads at any given time. ‎ ‎3. Client Satisfaction: Ensure high client satisfaction ratings, with a minimum score of 85% on quarterly surveys. ‎ Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree with 7+ years in sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
  • Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
