Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Port-Harcourt for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating and implementing strategic plans, and conducting market research. Additionally, they will oversee contract negotiations, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Proficient in strategic planning, market research, and contract negotiations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the safety equipment industry, especially within the HSE, engineering, energy, and oil & gas sectors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
Willingness to travel as needed
