Business Development Officer

• Minimum Qualification :

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development & Office Manager to drive

growth and manage daily office operations. This role requires a results-driven individual who

can identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and ensure the smooth

running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in call center solutions, investment,
• and real estate.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to secure business deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that drive customer
engagement.

Office Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a professional work
• environment.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and administrative tasks for smooth workflow.
• Handle basic HR functions, including staff coordination and compliance with company
• policies.
Ensure a well-organized workspace that promotes productivity and professionalism.

Requirements: 

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or office management. 

Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus
