Business Manager

The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, managing team performance, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively coordinate across departments while maintaining a strong focus on business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, providing clear direction and performance feedback
• Establish performance metrics and conduct regular assessments to ensure team productivity and effectiveness
• Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow and resource optimization
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion
• Set and track key performance indicators related to sales and revenue targets
• Prepare and manage operational budgets
• Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management Implement cost-control measures while maintaining service quality
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders
Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company objectives

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business manager
• BSc. Degree in Business Administration or similar course of study
