CALL CENTRE NURSE (BNSC ONLY)

  • Handle incoming calls and mails.
  • Approval and/or denial of care.
  • Provide product and service information to clients.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors where necessary.
  • Negotiate tariff when necessary and proper referral of enrollees.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction through calls, mails, social media and our mobile App.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and following communication procedures and guidelines.
  • Case management and building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing science.

  • 1-2 years experience, HMO experience is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦130,000.00 per month
