CALL CENTRE NURSE (BNSC ONLY)
- Handle incoming calls and mails.
- Approval and/or denial of care.
- Provide product and service information to clients.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors where necessary.
- Negotiate tariff when necessary and proper referral of enrollees.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction through calls, mails, social media and our mobile App.
- Keep records of customer interactions and following communication procedures and guidelines.
- Case management and building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing science.
- 1-2 years experience, HMO experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦130,000.00 per month
