Job Title: Child Caregiver

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Position SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support to children (most especially children with special needs such as: Autism and ADHD) with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being, comfort, and safety of those in their care while promoting their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with homework and school projects.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about daily activities and any concerns.
  • Prepare meals and snacks in accordance with dietary needs
  • Assist with her daily living.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children.
  • Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, etc.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a child caregiver, nanny, or in a childcare center.
  • Minimum of OND; certification in early childhood education is a plus.
  • Ability to develop trusting relationships with children and parents.
  • Patience, compassion, and strong communication skills.
  • Physically able to perform duties, including lifting and playing with children.
