Chinese Chef

We are looking for a skilled Chinese Chef to prepare daily meals for our Chinese staff within the company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in authentic Chinese home-style and regional cuisine, with the ability to create delicious, nutritious, and culturally appropriate meals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook daily Chinese meals (breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner) for company staff.
• Ensure all meals are freshly prepared, well-balanced, and culturally appropriate.
• Source and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and dining area.
• Follow food safety standards and company protocols.
• Respect confidentiality and dietary restrictions of staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or Cook.
• Knowledge of various Chinese dishes and cooking styles.
• Ability to plan and cook meals independently for a small group.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• High standard of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to communicate basic needs in Chinese is a plus.
