- Generation of structural designs for all proposed architectural designs.
- Investigation of ground conditions of proposed sites and analyzing results site tests.
- Investigation of effects of immediate loads and demand on a structure, any likely future changes and ensuring the structure is designed to withstand those loads.
- Working closely with a team of other professionals such as architect, quantity surveyors, site engineers and building contractors.
- Ensuring that the environmental impacts of projects are well managed.
- Applying for planning permission and building regulations approval from Town planning and other related governmental parastatals.
- Determining the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project.
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction.
- Providing technical advice and selecting appropriate construction materials.
- Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by site engineers.
- Regular visits to building sites, and proposed locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦500,000.00 - ₦600,000.00 per month
