Cooperate sales

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Bitsin Travels and Tours. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in corporate sales, with a specific focus on the travel and tourism industry. This role requires someone with exceptional sales skills, a proven track record in managing corporate accounts, and a deep understanding of the travel sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the corporate sector and expand Bitsin Travels and Tours client base.
  • Provide tailored travel solutions to corporate clients, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of service.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate travel programs and packages.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Manage and track corporate accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and continuous customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Bitsin Travels and Tours at corporate events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, with a strong focus on the travel and tourism industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of the travel and tour industry, including corporate travel needs and trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Existing network of corporate clients and travel industry contacts.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From ₦300,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 - 62 per week
