Customer Account Manager (CAM)

  • The Customer Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, ensuring timely service delivery, and achieving financial targets through effective customer engagement within their assigned territories.
  • The CAM will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by ensuring high disbursement rates, maximizing Value-Added Services (VAS) adoption, and maintaining a high loan repayment rate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the disbursement of loans to eligible customers within the assigned park or territory, ensuring timely processing and compliance with Rendas KYC requirements
  • Promote and sell Value-Added Services (VAS), including spare parts and repairs, CNG conversion, vehicle documentation renewal, and health insurance, to maximise customer adoption and revenue growth
  • Collection of daily loan repayments from customers who have received loans, while proactively ensuring compliance and mitigating the risk of default
  • Drive incremental revenue growth from existing customer accounts.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

  • Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE)
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, customer service, or a related role—preferably in the financial services, logistics, or mobility sector
  • Basic understanding of loan disbursement and repayment processes, with some knowledge of credit risk management
  • Ability to meet and exceed revenue and loan collection targets.

Benefits

  • Salary: N40,000 Monthly (Base)
  • Additional commission payable upon meeting performance targets.
