Requirements:

• Minimum ND
• Proximity to Iketu axis is necessary
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with skincare/beauty products is a plus
• Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries across channels (phone, email, social media, in-person) in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve product-related issues, complaints, or concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Provide accurate product information, usage guidance, and personalized recommendations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Assist in building a community of loyal customers through friendly engagement and product education.
