Customer Service Representative

Myafrimall Logistics Limited is an independent customs broker/customs intermediary dedicated to providing solutions to all customs clearance needs whether import or export.

We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Customer Service Representative Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients through regular meetings, phone calls, and follow-ups.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing clear and accurate information about our services.
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely updates are provided to clients and internal teams.
  • Efficiently process, pack, and ship orders with a high level of accuracy.
  • Conduct item inspections for defects and promptly report any issues.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Prepare and ensure that all required shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork, complies with applicable standards.

Requirements

  • A BSc / HND in any discipline, preferably in Social Sciences or Business Management.
  • 2 - 3 years of proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
