Customer Support Agent

GAMING/CASINO EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION

The Customer Support Agents are to assist customers with inquiries and issues related to our online platform. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our players in the Nigerian market. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our sports betting and casino platforms. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

2. Assist customers with account-related issues, including registration, deposits, withdrawals, and account verification.

3. Provide information about our sports betting and casino products, promotions, and policies.

4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

5. Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.

6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

7. Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes affecting the Nigerian market.

9. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.

Requirements:

1. OND (Ordinary National Diploma) or equivalent required.

2. Fluent in English and one or more local languages spoken in Nigeria (e.g., Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo).

3. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

7. Familiarity with sports betting and/or online casino products is a plus.

8. Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace.

9. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

10. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

11. Additional certifications or training in customer service is a plus.

12. Must be based in Nigeria and eligible to work remotely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦120,000.00 per month
