Job Location -VGC, LagosWork mode - Hybrid (Onsite/Offsite)
Job Summary:
We are searching for an energetic, strategic, and amiable customer support who would work with the customer support team to acquire and retain our extensive range of customers before and after using our product and services.
Key Responsibilities:You will be working with the team to:
- Monitor and respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via chat/call
- Maintain good communication with customers and provide an excellent customer service experience.
- Generate customer interest in the service and product offered by the company.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Update our internal databases with information about customers issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with appropriate departments.
Qualifications/Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. qualification (Corp members are welcome to apply)
- Customer service orientation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Sound telephone and texting etiquette
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦50,000.00 - ₦70,000.00 per month
