Data Analysis Trainee

We are seeking an enthusiastic and analytical Data Analysis Trainee to support our data-driven decision-making processes. The trainee will work across departments to collect, clean, and analyze data, supporting business operations and strategic initiatives.

• Experience Level : Internship & Graduate
• Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Responsibilities:

• Gather, clean, and organize data from different sources.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Assist in the development of business dashboards and management reports.
• Support data-driven projects and innovation initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
Present findings and recommendations to different business units.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or current NYSC Corper in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python is a plus).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and visualize data insights clearly.
• High attention to detail and critical thinking.
Interest in sustainable innovation and technology.

Duration:

NYSC Service Year or Graduate Trainee Program (6-12 months)
