Eagle AI Labs is hiring for a Data Analyst / Data Engineer / Model Tester.

Are you passionate about working with data, evaluating machine learning models, and generating insights to improve performance? Join our team as a Data Analyst / Data Engineer / Model Tester and help refine our predictive models with in-depth analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze different versions of our models and compare predictions against actual outcomes
• Extract relevant data from the database to evaluate user-generated
• Produce accuracy reports, identifying trends such as the most precise timeframes
• Generate usage reports, including top users and the number of predictions made
Compare model iterations to assess improvements and performance over time

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong analytical and data engineering skills
• Experience working with databases and querying data for reporting
• Ability to generate clear, insightful reports on model accuracy and usage trends
• Understanding of predictive modeling concepts (or willingness to learn)
A proactive approach to identifying model improvements and optimization opportunities

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with machine learning models and performance evaluation
A keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate insights effectively
