We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled Digital Marketer to lead and support our online marketing initiatives across various platforms. This role combines creativity with technical expertise, focusing on website management, content creation, SEO, Social media, and digital campaign execution. The ideal candidate is hands-on, innovative, and highly organized with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.

· An HND/BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field

· MBA is a plus.

· Professional certificates in Website Development/Digital Marketing/Content creation will be an advantage

EXPERIENCE:

· Proven track record of at least 3 years in Digital marketing and content creation

· Knowledge/experience in the Aviation, Oil and Gas, mining industries will be an added advantage.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· Creative and innovative skills

· Analytic mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations

· Result-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets (Google analytic)

· Ability to strive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

· Proficient in managing websites using webflow and other digital marketing software

· Proven knowledge of engaging contents, graphic designs, videography and photography

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Development & Management:Design, update, and maintain the company website to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and user-friendly experience.

Content Creation:Develop engaging, brand-aligned content including blogs, graphics, videos, and newsletters for digital platforms.

SEO Strategy & Optimization:Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings, keyword targeting, and website visibility.

Social Media Management:Manage and grow the companys presence across key social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Twitter).

Photography & Videography:Capture, edit, and produce visual content for the websites, campaigns, events, and digital storytelling.

Graphic Design:Create compelling visuals and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.

Email Marketing:Design and distribute email campaigns, newsletters, and automations to engage leads and nurture client relationships.

Google Analytics & Reporting:Monitor and report on digital campaign performance using Google Analytics, insights tools, and KPIs to inform strategy
