Overview:

A leading financial services provider, is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Direct Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with both potential and existing clients, and delivering customized financial solutions that align with their needs. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell loans to customers both physically and electronically in a courteous manner.
  • Monitor customer transactions and follow up with Credit for prompt resolution of requests.
  • Submit daily reports to the Team Lead and ensure all tasks are completed by the end of the day.
  • Listen to customer needs and track market trends and competition.
  • Work on brand values and explore new marketing tools to support sales efforts.

Qualifications:

  • A first degree in a recognised institution.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years (post NYSC) relevant marketing experience in financial services.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Data Analysis and interpretation
  • Ability to meet targets while managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
