Economics Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Economics Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons in economics, helping students develop a strong understanding of economic principles, policies, and real-world applications.

• Minimum Qualification : HND
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 1 year

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver well-structured lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Teach economic theories, market systems, financial concepts, and global economic issues.
• Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills through classroom discussions and case studies.
• Assess and evaluate students progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Provide feedback and guidance to support students academic growth.
• Stay current with economic developments and incorporate relevant examples into lessons.
• Encourage student participation and create an inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain accurate records of students performance and attendance.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students progress.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school activities.
Mentor and support students, fostering their personal and academic development.

Requirements:

• B.Ed./BSc/HND
• Minimum of one year teaching experience
