About the role

The EHS Engineering will perform and execute the tasks determined for the resolutions of the different projects in which involved, ability to perform appropriately under supervision, may seek guidance in resolving problems. Demonstrate ability to be self-taught, provide creative and efficient solutions to engineering challenges to tasks assigned, follows standard practices and procedures. Participates in the completion of department projects and goals, is attentive on identifying customer needs and focus on providing solutions by being recursive, analytical and results oriented. Provides effective client satisfaction and demonstrates abilities to adapt to the culture, policies and environment when performing at a client´s company. Uses discretion, diplomacy and tact in interactions, is flexible, respectful and maintains the confidentiality all the time. Every action must be performed with professionalism and quality compliance.

What youll do

• Identify, evaluate, and carry out safety plans for production equipment.
• Identify, evaluate, and carry out safety plans for facilities equipment.
• Develop programs to improve workplaces and environmental protection
• Contribute to projects teams according to the engineering necessity of the client, including activities like product design and development, test of materials, preparation of specifications, process capability studies, research investigations, report preparation, process/test documentation, etc.
• Ability to learn, understand and apply quality documentation in order to develop, review and approve quality documentation such as: design verification, design validation, process validation, quality plans, standard operating procedures, and inspection procedures.
• Apply systematic problem-solving methodologies.
• Communicate and resolve quality issues, build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
• Ensure that product and process development changes to existing products and manufacturing lines are conducted in compliance with the FDA Quality System Regulation, ISO 13485 Regulations, and other applicable standard
• Work cohesively and maintain functional interpersonal relationships with internal and external customers.
• Demonstrate customer service orientation, translate customer requirements into workable product ideas and solutions.
• Adapt to the culture, policies, and procedures of the client´s company, be recursive and create strategic alliances to facilitate completion of the assignments.
• Maintain active communication with supervisor and client.

What you will bring

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office applications (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Project/ Visio)
• Proven ability to solve technical problems and implement solutions
• Proven leader and team player with the ability to drive tasks / projects to completion
