Brand Voice Development & ConsistencyDefine and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all platforms for Thelix and its sister companies (e.g., Excelmind).Adapt messaging to suit different audiences (e.g., clients, partners, students, internal teams).Content CreationWrite engaging copy for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads.Craft compelling headlines, taglines, and CTAs that drive conversion.Collaborate with the Content and Media teams to create scripts for videos, product explainers, and promotional materials.Marketing & Sales CollateralDevelop persuasive content for brochures, pitch decks, case studies, sales letters, and lead magnets.Align copy with ongoing campaigns from the Growth Team to support lead generation and retention.SEO & Web OptimizationProduce SEO-friendly website content to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.Optimize blog posts and landing pages using relevant keywords and formatting best practices.Product & Service MessagingTranslate technical or complex service offerings into simple, value-driven messages.Assist in positioning new products/services through launch copy and internal documentation.Professional Branding SupportCollaborate with the Professional Branding Team to craft optimized LinkedIn profiles, CV summaries, and personal brand statements for clients.Help tutors and professionals highlight their achievements through strategic copy.Editing & Quality ControlProofread and edit content written by other teams for clarity, grammar, and alignment with brand messaging.Ensure all written materials reflect professionalism and excellence.Campaign SupportWork with the Growth and Media Teams on seasonal or strategic campaigns (e.g., launches, holiday promos).Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign messaging and creative angles.Internal Communication SupportAssist in drafting internal memos, HR communication, and updates that need to be clear and motivating for remote teams.Research & Trend MonitoringStay updated on content trends, audience preferences, and competitors messaging to keep Thelixs content relevant and competitive
