Fleet Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Officer to manage our fleet operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing riders and drivers, coordinating the movement of goods, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, anticipate, and manage the live operation to ensure a greater user experience
• Manage real-time fleet capacity
• Lead the communication with the fleet for ongoing orders
• Give structured and actionable daily feedback to the Head of Operations
• Ensure a smooth operation by ensuring that riders are available for order fulfillment.
• Responsible for fleet operation tracking, including the creation of performance metrics/KPIs, etc.
• Ensure all riders adhere to the companys policies, regulations, SLAs, and SOPs.
• Monitor and ensure fleet operations are compliant with local rules and regulations
Ensure fleet availability to meet all delivery requests across the states

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in social sciences, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years+ of experience managing transportation operations to ensure the lowest cost, availability of personnel, and on-time delivery
• Experience in managing fleet and working with delivery partners
• Ability to take initiative and be flexible in a constantly changing work environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and ease with a variety of tech platforms and reporting
