Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and presentable Front Desk Officer with strong content creation skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also supporting the marketing team in developing engaging content for social media, newsletters, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
• Maintain front office security by following procedures.
• Keep the reception area tidy and professional.

Content Creation Duties:

• Create engaging and original content (text, images, short videos) for social media platforms.
• Assist with scheduling and posting content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Take behind-the-scenes photos and videos of office activities and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor engagement and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

• OND/HND/BSc in Mass Communication, Marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong content creation skills (basic graphics/video editing is an advantage).
• Proficiency in social media tools and basic design software (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Professional appearance and a friendly personality.

Work Days: Tuesday-Sunday, 10am-10pm
