Front Desk Officer

We are seeking a smart, proactive and friendly individual to manage our front desk and assist in the role of office assistant to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. This dual role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to providing a positive first impression while supporting daily office operations.

Responsibilities;

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and welcoming at all times
  • Serve as the first point of contact: Greet visitors warmly and professionally, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them appropriately.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and packages
  • Answer general inquiries about the company and its services

Ideal Candidate must have;

  • Must live around Ikosi, Magodo and Berger axis
  • Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
  • Polite, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and schedules.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
  • Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or office support role is an advantage.
