Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer, located in Onitsha. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors, managing calls, and handling inquiries. The role involves performing receptionist duties, managing office supplies, coordinating appointments, and ensuring the front desk is tidy and has all necessary materials. The Front Desk Officer will also support administrative tasks and provide excellent customer service to visitors and guests.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and Office Administration
• Familiarity with managing and operating Office Equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Bachelors degree or relevant certification in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
