Job Summary
The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role goes beyond front desk management and includes active participation in customer service, inquiry handling, documentation, and administrative support .
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to clients, visitors, and walk-in guests warmly and professionally.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Provide accurate information about the companys properties, services, and updates.
- Handle general customer service duties, including responding to messages, emails, and social media inquiries.
- Maintain the front office area in a neat and organised manner.
- Assist with filling, sorting, and documentation of client information and property records.
- Track and follow up on client appointments, documentation status, and feedback.
- Support the sales and admin team with correspondence and minor reporting tasks. Ensure the confidentiality of all company and client documents.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role (real estate experience is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, stay organised, and maintain attention to detail.
- Professional appearance, demeanour, and work ethic. Must be confident, proactive, and customer-oriented.
