Job Advert to [FTTH] Site Engineer

General Description

We are seeking an FTTH Site Engineer to oversee on-site activities for fiber optic projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FTTH construction (cable laying, FDT/FAT installation, fiber splicing), strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and proactively. A strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with various construction activities such as FTTH, such as cables, FDT FAT, fiber splicing, etc.
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to handle and communicate with subcontractors and owners.
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively, take the initiative to think and share work.
  • Have strong learning ability.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for site work arrangements, including materials, subcontractors, community and other issues.
  • Track and be responsible for achieving site goals.
  • Follow the work arrangements of the project manager.
