Full Stack Software Engineering Instructor

• Minimum Qualification :

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Software Engineering Instructor to join our team. As an instructor, you are responsible for the preparation and delivery of course content. Your purpose is to ensure curriculum content is delivered to our high standard, that students are supported throughout their learning journey, and that they are set up for success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to helping learners succeed in their tech careers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning journey of Full-stack Bootcamp program
• Conduct engaging and interactive live classes once or twice a week
• Teach and develop curriculum for Full-stack courses, including front-end and back-end development, databases, APIs, and deployment techniques.
• Prepare learning materials (slides, articles, or/and videos)
• Work with content development team to create course content
• Use engaging, hands-on exercises, and git to reinforce theoretical concepts and practical skills.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and growth.
• Assess assignments, projects, and exams, and provide constructive feedback to support student growth
• Answer questions in communication channels
• Provide guidance on career pathways, certifications, and practical tips to help students succeed in Full-stack roles.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Full-stack practices, tools, and technologies to ensure high-quality instruction.
• Mentor and support learners in their career aspirations, helping them prepare for a successful transition into the Full-stack field.
Ensure learning outcomes are achieved

Skills and Qualification

• Have 3-5 years of professional experience working in Full-stack roles

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Have previous experience in teaching or mentoring. Ability to discuss and communicate Full-stack knowledge

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Able to work independently and collaboratively

• Be flexible, and able to respond and adapt to different learning styles and personalities.
