The Legacy Builders Program invites young, ambitious graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program — a platform designed to prepare the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers.

As a Graduate Trainee, youll undergo intensive personal development, business training, and leadership mentorship to prepare you for future roles in business management, project execution, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in weekly capacity-building trainings on leadership, entrepreneurship, and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with team leaders on growth projects and campus/community initiatives.
• Assist in organizing seminars, business workshops, and social impact activities.
• Learn how to build sustainable income streams while gaining work experience.
• Develop soft skills such as communication, public speaking, and time management.

Requirements:

• A fresh graduate (NYSC completed or in-view)
• Age range: 20 - 28 years
• Eager to learn, grow, and be mentored
• Passionate about business, leadership, and impact
• Resides in or around Lagos State
• Open to working on personal growth and collaborative projects
