About the Role:

We are hiring a Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our business development, sales, and marketing strategies. This role requires an experienced professional to drive brand growth, expand sales channels, and implement revenue-generating initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.

✅ Lead and manage the Business Development, Sales, and E-commerce teams .

✅ Identify and build new sales channels & strategic partnerships .

✅ Oversee brand positioning, customer engagement, and digital marketing .

✅ Manage corporate sales (B2B & B2C), product launches, and activation campaigns .

✅ Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement improvements.

✅ Develop a high-performing team , setting KPIs and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

? 7+ years experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in fashion retail).

? Proven expertise in strategic sales planning, market expansion, and revenue growth .

? Strong networking & relationship management skills with corporate clients and partners.

? Experience in digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and customer engagement strategies .

? Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and develop performance dashboards .

? Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration , or related field (MBA is an advantage).

? Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills .
