Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, etc.) run smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and staff to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Implement high standards for service delivery and consistently monitor guest feedback to make improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to drive occupancy and revenue targets.
- Manage budgets, forecast financials, and control operational costs without compromising quality.
- Champion the Landmark Africa culture and deliver consistently outstanding guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on operational approach.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in improving service standards, financial performance, and staff engagement.
- Deep understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest service best practices.
