Hotel Manager Location: Festac Town, Lagos Reports To: Hotel Owner / Managing Director Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary The Hotel Manager oversees the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest experience, profitability, and efficient management of staff and resources. The ideal candidate is responsible for supervising all departments, driving revenue growth, maintaining service standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, bar, and security. Ensure exceptional guest service and handle customer complaints professionally. Manage hotel staff including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Monitor financial performance and prepare operational reports. Develop and implement business strategies to increase occupancy and revenue. Ensure the hotel complies with licensing laws, health and safety, and other legal requirements. Manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure proper inventory management. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers. Implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel and increase bookings. Maintain cleanliness, security, and functional standards across the facility. Requirements B.Sc./HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years experience in hotel or hospitality management Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Must reside in or near Festac, Lagos

Pay: ₦2,040,000.00 - ₦2,400,000.00 per year
