Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

Location: Ikeja, LagosSalary: ₦200,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead our business development and revenue optimization efforts. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical capabilities, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for growing corporate and direct bookings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales and the ability to drive consistent, measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:1. Revenue Optimization

  • Dynamic Pricing Management:
  • Monitor OTA traffic and adjust pricing in real time using market trends and seasonal demand elasticity.
  • Corporate Client Acquisition:
  • Onboard a minimum of 15 new corporate clients monthly.
  • Establish and maintain a tiered client relationship model, with dedicated VIP engagement touchpoints.

2. Channel Management

  • OTA Channel Optimization:
  • Conduct weekly updates on OTA content (photos, descriptions, keyword enhancements).
  • Ensure 24-hour resolution of negative reviews, including compensation follow-ups where necessary.
  • Direct Sales & Engagement:
  • Maintain and engage WhatsApp customer pools with a ≥60% monthly interaction rate.
  • Launch exclusive member campaigns targeting a ≥25% conversion rate.

3. Sales Governance & Strategy

  • Process Monitoring & Recovery:
  • Implement client loss diagnostics and track recovery rate (target: ≥30%).
  • Data-Driven Planning:
  • Create and execute monthly sales roadmaps with detailed weekly Gross Revenue (GR) targets.

Qualifications & Competencies:Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales, including 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing revenue-generating initiatives.

Work Schedule:

Full-time | Monday - Saturday | On-site
