Job Title: HR & Admin Officer

Job Summary:
A reputable hotel in Lekki Phase 1 is hiring an experienced HR & Admin Officer to manage staff-related functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and well-versed in HR processes, especially within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and staff exit procedures.
- Manage employee records, attendance, and leave schedules.
- Assist with payroll preparation and performance appraisals.
- Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle disciplinary processes and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
- Oversee general administrative duties and office coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of HR/Admin experience (experience in hospitality is a strong plus).
- Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR procedures.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software tools.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM) are an advantage.
