Job Summary:

A reputable hotel in Lekki Phase 1 is hiring an experienced HR & Admin Officer to manage staff-related functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and well-versed in HR processes, especially within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and staff exit procedures.
  • Manage employee records, attendance, and leave schedules.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and performance appraisals.
  • Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle disciplinary processes and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
  • Oversee general administrative duties and office coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of HR/Admin experience (experience in hospitality is a strong plus).
  • Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR procedures.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software tools.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM) are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
