Vacancy is open for a talented and experienced H.R. Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to attract, retain, and motivate a diverse and talented workforce.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for all departments, ensuring the acquisition of skilled and passionate individuals.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across various departments.
- Oversee performance management and appraisal systems, providing guidance to department managers on performance evaluations.
- Handle employee relations matters, mediating and resolving conflicts as necessary to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with changes that may have impact within the Media Industry.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, benchmarking against industry standards to remain competitive.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
