• Employee Relations: Conflict Resolution, Employee Welfare, Compliance with Employment Laws
• Training & Development: Identifying Training Needs, Organizing Training Programs,Career Development
• Compensation & Benefits: Payroll Support, Benefits Administration,Salary Reviews & Adjustments
• Performance Management: Conducting Appraisals, Setting Goals, Monitoring Performance
• HR Administration: Maintaining Employee Records, HR Policies and Procedures,Exit Interviews
• Compliance and Legal Affairs: Regulatory Compliance, Handling Disciplinary Issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience
• BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
