Human Resource Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Oversee payroll operations, including computation and post-payroll activities.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience on the use of MS Tools.
• Familiarity with HR systems.
• Member of a professional body e.g CIPM, PHRI e.t.c
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
